As always, rules and regulations will be needed.

Rules:

1. Prices of the items for sale cannot be negotiated.

2. Discounts will only be given when more than 5 items are being purchased at one time.

3. This e-based shop is only for Singaporeans.

4. Only meet-ups will be done near the Seng Kang area. Meet-ups to your convenience are possible but with an additional charge of $2.00.

5. Payment could be made during meet-ups (preferred). For other payment methods, just drop me an e-mail.

6. Strictly NO CANCELLATION or REFUNDING after claiming purchase. Please make sure you can comply to all the rules before making your order or your name shall appear on the black list.

7. Do not question me about the condition of my stuff (regarding whether or not do they still work). I do not sell stuff that are spoiled or of bad condition. All the things that I have put up for sale are working at the time I sell it and during my possession, so they should still work in yours. I will not entertain silly requests for refunds because I can guarantee 100% that my stuff are of good, and if not, excellent condition.

8. Pictures will not be posted unless requested. The items will only be listed down. Pictures will be taken and uploaded upon request.

9. Items will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

10. All the items listed in my blog shop are in-stock at the moment so be fully assured that I don't scam and I don't sell things that I don't possess.

11. All prices of the items listed are in SGD.

12. Please clarify details that you want to know, such as whether there will be the suitable subtitles, regional details and more before claiming purchase.

13. You can request for items that are not listed here (I have loads of other CDs/DVDs/VCDs not listed).

14. If you find what I am selling unreasonable and if you think you can get better prices out there, don't even bother to tag with your opinion. If you're not happy with my blog shop, just click on the 'x' at the top right hand side of this browser. Thank you.

1. Name
2. Contact number (for easier contact)
3. Items that you want
4. Payment method

Please kindly indicate that you have already read all the rules (stated above) in the e-mail.
Do not worry as none of your personal information will be misused in any way.
Take note that e-mails that are being sent in the wrong format will be ignored.
